We offer free delivery within South Africa. We do offer deliveries outside of South Africa at an additional charge. Please contact us at info@bacebrands.com should you need a delivery outside of South Africa
We process your shipment within 2 days once we receive your payment. Please note that we only process an order once the payment reflects in our account. Payments via Credit Card, Payfast EFT, Payflex and Payjustnow reflect immediately, while EFT payments take 2 days to reflect.
Delivery time estimates vary based on whether you are in a main centre or in outlying areas. We utilise The Courier Guy as our preferred supplier for our deliveries, however, this may change without notice. The Courier Guy aims to deliver within 1-3 days in major centers and within 3-7 days in outlying areas. Should your order be urgent, please contact us and we will see how we can help.
Warranty, Returns and Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Warranty
All our products carry a 6-month limited warranty for any manufacturing defects. Wear and tear are not covered under our warranty policy. We strive to provide products of the utmost quality, however, should you find your product to be faulty, please email us at info@bacebrands.com. Please provide your order number together with a description and pictures of the defect. We will try and assess the warranty claim electronically, however, should we not be able to, we will send a Courier to collect the product from you.
Should your warranty be approved, we will either repair your product or replace the product and return it to you at no further charge.
Should we for some reason decline your warranty, we will advise you on the reasons and return the product to you upon payment of the relevant courier fees.
Returns
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please email us at info@bacebrands.com with your order number for us to process your return. Please note, you will be responsible for the return courier costs for all returned products. With your permission, the courier cost will be deducted from your refund as per below.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. We will process your refund within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned goods. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, the refund may take longer to reflect in your account.
